Do you offer sample/trial bottles?

Sorry but we do not offer sample or trial bottles at this time.

What is your refund policy?

You have a full 90-days from the date of purchase to try out your supplement. If for any reason within those 90-days you are unhappy with your purchase, simply send us an email to request a refund and we will be happy to take care of that for you right away!

How do I return a product for a refund?

There is no need to return the product for a refund at this time. Simply send us an email to let us know that you want a refund for your purchase and we will be more than happy to take care of the refund for you!

When is the expiry date/How long is it good for?

The product lasts for up to 2 years from the manufacturer’s packaging date, which you can find noted on the bottle.

Can I take this with other medications/vitamin supplements?

We always recommend speaking with your doctor or a licensed health care professional to discuss whether or not it is safe to take with any other medications or supplements you are taking prior to starting.

Are the supplements Vegan?

Yes! The capsules are made from Hypromellos and water and are compatible with a Vegan lifestyle.

Am I charged monthly?

When purchasing one of Nature's Formulas Supplements, you will only pay a one-time fee. You are not subject to any monthly charges.

When will I receive my order?

Once orders have processed for shipping, they generally take 5 to 7 business days to receive.

Did my order go through?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email that will include a copy of your purchase confirmation.  Be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you do not see this email in your inbox in the event it may have been filtered.

Do you ship to International destinations?

At this time, we only ship orders placed within the U.S. and Canada.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
